Kanu Surf designs and manufactures high quality, freshly designed swimwear and resort wear for men, women and children.

Our product can be found at department stores, sporting good stores, waterparks and boutiques across the country.

Ordering

What method of payment does Kanu Surf accept?

Currently we accept all major credit cards and debit cards. For customers who wish to pay by wire, please contact us at info@kanusurf.com.

Can I expedite my order?

We offer three levels of shipping service which you can select at checkout. UPS Ground, 2nd Day, or overnight.

Please note that regardless of what shipping speed you choose, we have a 3-4 business day processing time.

How can i check the status of my order?

Once you have Purchased your order you can track your shipment with the tracking number that you will be given.

How long will it take to get the order? How does it ship?

Ground shipment can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days depending on how far the package must travel. All shipments originate from New York.

Shipping and Returns

Can I track my order once it ships?

Once your order is on record/account you will be given a tracking number which will pertain to your order. You will be able to track your shipment with that number.

What is your return policy?

May I cancel or adjust my order?

An order can only be adjusted or cancelled prior to order processing. To make any changes please send an email to us at info@kanusurf.com and reference your order number. If your order has not yet been processed, we will accommodate any  changes you request.

What if I am missing products from my order or I received a product that was damaged?

Please contact customer service at info@kanusurf.comwithin the allowed time frame as set forth in our "Return Policy" Section.

How can I get an account? 

KANU SURF makes opening an account easy. Once you register your information when placing an online order you automatically create an account based on the information given. If you ever need to opt-out or remove yourself from our database, you only need to delete your shipping and billing addresses as well as your card information.
